I am a board member at our 68-unit condo association that just completed our third sewer line and drain arm replacement with Cocoa Beach Plumbing. We couldn't be happier with this company. The cast iron pipes in these mid -1960's condo buildings are the Achilles Heel of these structures and a big project to take on. CPB worked with the residents in mind as water/sewer shutoff was kept to a minimum. They worked efficiently and were able to adapt quickly when 1960's surprises showed up. They kept on schedule, on budget, and with minimal change orders. Chad (owner) and his brother/project manager, Ryan, along with manager Mark and the office staff run this family operation.
